Welcome to present help in the time of trouble refuge Inc, we are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for victims and survivors of human trafficking. Our trauma and form approach ensures that each individual is treated with compassion, respect, and understanding as they begin their healing journey. Each home will offer a secure living space that prioritizes the physical and emotional safety of residents. We will provide personal care plans that address the unique needs of each survivor, including trauma inform therapy, group discussions, weekly outings, and life skills training. Our program will include educational support by ensuring they are enrolled in school to help residents achieve independence and self-sufficiency. We will facilitate access to medical care mental health services and nutritional support to promote holistic well-being. We will work to connect survivors with family encouraging reunification for independent living status. We will work to connect survivors with local resources support groups and activities to foster a sense of belonging and community engagement.

Present help in the time of trouble refuge, Inc is dedicated to implementing a holistic and tailored approach to address the diverse needs of youth affected by commercial sexualized exploitation. Our community home will prioritize inclusivity, ensuring it serves as a safe space for all youth, including LGBTQ individuals. We will implement comprehensive training for staff to understand and address the unique needs and challenges by LGBTQ youth, fostering an environment free from discrimination. By opening these foster homes, we aim not only to provide a safe refuge but also to empower survivors with the tools and resources they need to reclaim their lives. Our goal is to help them transition from a place of vulnerability to one of strength and resilience and enabling them to thrive as a contributing member of society.

DR.TRACY BECOAT

CEO/PRESIDENT

With over 30 years of dedicated experience and advocating for young people and
their families, Dr. Becoat has devoted her career to ensuring the safety and well-being of disadvantaged children, including those who have been victims of sexual exploitation. Her extensive background reflects a deep commitment to fostering environments where every child can thrive.


Dr. Becoat’s career has spanned various roles in the field, including serving as a
foster care social worker, supervisor, and eventually rising to the position of Director of a Community Umbrella Agency. Throughout her journey, her leadership has been characterized by a strong commitment to collaboration, diversity, equality, and inclusiveness.


Having worked closely with families, Dr. Becoat has consistently prioritized their
safety and stability. Her collaborative efforts with other professionals have focused on
keeping families united or, when necessary, ensuring that children receive safe and
nurturing care outside the home. She has dedicated significant time and expertise to
supporting children who have faced the trauma of sexual exploitation, helping them to
navigate their healing journeys.


Over the years, Dr. Becoat has witnessed numerous successes stories, including the
reunification of families, successful adoptions of siblings and older youth, and young
adults achieving independence through education, employment, and stable housing.


Currently, Dr. Becoat operates a private practice where she provides individualized
counseling services for families, couples, and adolescents. Her wealth of experience
had led her to develop preventive workshops that equip families with the tools they need to navigate life challenges. These workshops cover essential topics such as Red Flags Symposium recognizing healthy and unhealthy relationships, understanding the Five Stages of Grief and Loss, promoting Mental Health awareness and Self-Care
techniques.


Dr. Becoat’s unwavering passion for empowering individuals and families continues
to inspire her work, as she remains dedicated to guiding others toward healing and
resilience.

THOMASINE MORRIS

CEO/CFO

Thomasine Morris serves as the CEO and CFO of our company bringing a wealth of community service experience and financial management and operations. With a powerful background in handling finances, Thomasine has demonstrated exceptional awareness in overseeing complex financial structures.


Thomasine is one of the Presidents for the Family Over Everything Foundation, which is
dedicated to giving back to various communities in Philadelphia as well as other states. The foundation actively organizes initiatives such as bookbag drives and coat drives.
During the holiday season “F.O.E” partners with various churches to distribute Turkeys along with the trimmings for a Thanksgiving meal to families throughout the city. Also during the Holiday Season, the Foundation joins the Boys and Girls Club to host a Toy Drive while spreading joy and offering support to local families.


Thomasine's commitment to youth development is evident in the Family Over Everything Foundation's summer basketball camp for children, where they teach essential basketball skills and teamwork. This program not only fosters athletic abilities but also builds confidence and camaraderie among participants.


Furthermore, Thomasine has skillfully managed the careers of professional athletes, who are currently excelling in their careers. Her experience in navigating the sports industry has further honored her leadership ability and financial insight, making her a valuable asset to our team.


Thomasine's multifaceted background equips her with a unique perspective, allowing her to effectively guide our companies' financial strategies while fostering innovation and growth. Her commitment to excellence and proven track record inspires confidence in our team and stakeholders alike.
